Getting started
Add a connector and begin tracking reviews and rankings.
The onboarding flow is centered on apps you can access through connectors. A connector is an authenticated connection to a data source that appreports.io can read from. The first available connector is for Apple's App Store Connect, which gives appreports access to the apps you have access to in your Apple Developer account and their associated reviews and ranking signals.
1. Sign in
Open app.appreports.io and sign in with your account.
2. Create an App Store Connect API key
Create an App Store Connect API key in Apple Developer account settings with access to the apps you want appreports.io to track. Keep the key material private and only upload it through the appreports.io connector setup flow.
3. Add the connector
In appreports.io, add an App Store Connect connector with the required Apple key details. appreports.io validates the connector and discovers the apps available.
4. Track discovered apps
appreports.io tracks every discovered App Store app. It starts monitoring written customer reviews and daily territory ranking appearances for those connector-tracked apps.
5. Use developer access
Generate an appreports.io API key from the app platform Developers page when you want external read-only access. The same generated key can be used for the API and MCP.
